There are no warranties of any kind on used and consigned items and there are no returns on these items. We also keep lists of items that customers are looking for, so tell us what you want and we will contact you if it becomes available. You can fill-out the online form and send it with your item if you are shipping an instrument to us.
Consignment items often sell very quickly depending on condition and price. We recommend doing some research before you ship us the instrument so you can get a good idea of what an instrument will bring. We get 20% of the selling price and this is paid when the instrument sells and passes the 48-hour approval period by the buyer of the instrument and after funds clear our bank (personal checks from the buyer may take up to 10 business days).
